Our Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Personal Training Sessions (1-on-1 & Group Training)

  • All sales are final. Sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
  • If a client can no longer continue training due to a verified medical condition, sessions may be:
  • Transferred to another person, or
  • Credited for future use for up to 6 months.

1.2 Online Coaching (£190/month)

  • Online coaching is a monthly subscription service.
  • No refunds are provided once the new month’s plan/program has been delivered.
  • A refund may be granted only if:
  • No program, check-in, or coaching materials have been delivered.

1.3 Personalised Diet Plans (£75–£150/month)

  • No refunds once the plan has been created and delivered.
  • If you have not yet received your diet plan, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase.

1.4 Sports Massage Therapy (£85/hour)

  • Non-refundable once booked.
  • Clients may reschedule (see cancellation policy).

1.5 Service Packages (£350–£2,000) & Multi-Session Packs

  • Packages are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Sessions may be:
  • Rolled over for up to 60 days
  • Transferred to another individual (1 time only)

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Personal Training (1-on-1)

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • No-shows are charged as completed sessions.

2.2 Group Training (1–12 people)

  • 12 hours’ notice required to cancel.
  • No refunds for missed group sessions.

2.3 Sports Massage Therapy

  • 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

2.4 Online Coaching

  • Clients can cancel their subscription anytime.
  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle but does not refund the current month.

2.5 Diet Plans

  • Once a plan is delivered, no cancellations are permitted.

3. Delivery of Services

3.1 Personal Training & Group Sessions

  • Delivered in person at the agreed location.
  • Sessions must be used within the validity period of your package.

3.2 Online Coaching Delivery

  • Training plans, check-ins, and support are delivered online via:
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • App/Platform
  • Programs are delivered monthly. Adjustments occur weekly or as agreed.

3.3 Delivery of Diet Plans

  • Delivered within 3–7 business days after completing the onboarding questionnaire.

3.4 Delivery of Sports Massage Therapy

  • Delivered in person at the agreed treatment location.

4. Expiry of Sessions & Packages

  • Single sessions: valid 30 days
  • Monthly session packs: valid for the calendar month
  • Large packages (8–20 sessions/month): valid 45 days
  • Comprehensive Packages (£350–£2,000): valid 90 days

Extensions may be granted for:

  • Injury
  • Medical conditions
  • Travel (case-by-case basis)

5. Late Arrivals

  • Sessions end at the scheduled time.
  • Arriving late results in a shortened session with no refund or extra time added.

6. Trainer Cancellations

If the trainer needs to cancel or reschedule:

  • The client will receive a replacement session at no cost,
    OR
  • A credit applied to the next booking.

7. Policy Agreement

By booking any service, the client agrees to all terms in this Refund, Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
